Raised in the mountains of southern Oregon, Elias was introduced to Scottish traditional music through his mother and began learning bagpipes and fiddle from an early age.

Having already built a touring career as an acoustic musician, Elias began producing electronic music during the 2020 lockdowns, finding a new way to bring together his traditional roots, songwriting and love of electronic music.

Spending his youth amidst the mountains of southern Oregon, Elias was exposed early on to Scottish traditional music through his mother. He studied bagpipes and fiddle from a young age, learning to express himself authentically through these traditional instruments. He built a touring career as an acoustic musician, collaborating with the likes of Alasdair Fraser and Gillebride MacMillan, while touring as a member of Scottish hall of famers Old Blind Dogs and American Celtic Rock legends Seven Nations. Elias began producing electronic music during the lockdowns of 2020. He emerged onto the scene in 2022 with his viral single FIDDLE DISCO!, following it up with a string of releases that have proved his ability to bring together his influences into a cohesive whole, demonstrating his skill as both an instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter.
